As many of you may know our website experienced serious difficulties in the last two weeks due to a surge in visits and sales to our website. This meant that some customers received orders of which were not processed through our account, but which we were informed were.
For those of our customers who tried to pay through Direct Bank Transfer and did not input account details, we can reassure you that your bank details were not accessed or visible to us at any time, nor at any time, can we see any customers bank/credit card/account information.
